John has a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the State University of New York at Albany (2003), two masters degrees (Miami University -Clinical Psychology,1968 and University of Pennsylvania -Government Administration1988). He taught at Berkeley College in NYC for 8 years and has been at Felician University for 4 years. He has published in national and international professional journals and presented at local and international conferences. He publishes in the areas of knowledge management, experiential learning, social media and learning communities.
