  John Iveson is a Teaching Fellow in the English Language Centre at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has worked in the field of English Language Teaching for twenty-eight years with experience in Hong Kong, Canada, United Kingdom, Vietnam, France, Ireland and Spain. This includes fifteen years as ESL Program Coordinator at a higher education institution in Canada. His current research focus is the adaptation of task-based language teaching frameworks for technology-mediated contexts.
