  I was born and raised Birmingham, AL where I attended and graduated from Huffman High School in 1997. I also a graduate of Murray State University where I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science while playing football for the Racers. Also, I received a Masters of Arts Degree in Secondary Education from Murray State University while being a Graduate Assistant Football Coach for the Murray State Racers Football Team. Upon receiving my Degrees I started my teaching career and high school coaching career in the city of Nashville, TN a place that I enjoyed very much. After three years of living in Nashville I relocated to St. Louis, MO where I started of my first couple of years being a Dean of Students for Charter School Imagine Academy of Cultural Arts until its closing in 2012. I then started teaching for St. Louis Public Schools where I served as teacher, athletic director, and head football coach. After meeting my wife I decided to relocate and move my family to Collinsville, IL. I'm currently teaching P.E and coaching football in the East St. Louis School District 189. Recently, I received a second Masters Degree in Secondary Education Athletic Administration from William Woods University. Outside of teaching and coaching I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies, golfing, working out, attending/watching sporting events, and I enjoy me some karaoke.
