  I am a forestry professional from Pakistan, with professional experience of working with national and international organizations for more than 12 years. I am M.Sc. in Forestry with a Gold Medal. My areas of expertise include community forestry, dryland management, farm forestry, joint forest management and biodiversity conservation. Currently I am working with Sustainable Land Management Project where we are involved with a number of small pilot projects in southern drylands of Pakistan with the involvement of local communities to demonstrate best land management practices overcoming the negative impacts of climate change and other degrading human factors. Climate change being the new phenomenon on international fronts, I have strong interest to demonstrate my capabilities in this field. Less
