  I am a Senior Lecturer at the University of Auckland and have been teaching in Māori Studies on an introductory Māori language course, Mātauranga Māori (Māori Epistemology) and specialising in translation and interpretation of the Māori language for the Courts. I have been leading the Ngāpuhi Redress with the Crown, New Zealand Government for its past indiscretions of aquiring illegally Ngāpuhi lands and properties and passing of acts and policies that have been detrimental to Ngāpuhi progress and development.
