  I trained in mechanical engineering with GEC Turbine Generators and worked as a mechanical designer. Since working for the University of Wolverhampton I was the course leader for the BSc(Hons) Computer Aided Product Design course for ten years and have been the lead academic (design discipline) for a number of Knowledge Transfer Partnerships. I am currently employed as a senior lecturer in the Department of Architecture and Product Design. My research interests are largely based on dtermining an innovative design process model for multi-disciplinary areas e.g. product, industrial and engineering. Less
