Dr. Gokce Gokalp is a writing advisor for the Doctoral Support Center and has recently completed her Ph.D. with an emphasis in Educational Psychology at the USC Rossier School of Education. She has been a part of the DSC family as a graduate assistant since it first opened its doors to doctoral students in 2005. She was also involved in the restructuring of the Ed.D. program as a teaching assistant to several core courses. Her research interests include effects of stress on cognitive processes and academic decision-making as well as help seeking behavior of graduate students.
