I'm in the process of doing a lot of research and various courses around the themes of Online Learning, E-Learning, Blended Learning, Learning using digital tools etc. I am doing this on my own as I intend to set up my own online training company eventually. I have been looking at Agile Design Principles also and Analytics. I am very interested in creating engaging online learning using lots of good content and gamification.
