  I was born on December 25, 1975. I had my elementary and secondary education in Nigeria. I have BSc., MSc.and PhD in Physiotherapy, all in University of Ibadan, Nigeria. I am an academic member of staff of the Department of Physiotherapy, College of Health Sciences, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Nigeria. My areas of interest are cardio-respiratory physiotherapy and physical activity in health and disease. At leisure times, I like reading biographies of important personalities, watching movies, playing table tennis, and sightseeing. I love any meal of fish, grain, vegetable and fruit. I am happily married with two daughters and a son.
