Emmanuel Graham is a graduate student of Political Science and a Graduate Assistant at the Political Science Department University of Windsor in Canada. He was the Extractive Governance Policy Advisor consultant at the Africa Centre for Energy Policy (ACEP). He holds a B.A and MPhil in Political Science from University of Ghana. He was a Teaching and Research assistant at the Political Science Department University of Ghana from 2010 to 2011 (as national service personnel) and 2013 to 2014 (Graduate Assistant). In terms of research interest Graham’s focus is on the extractive sector of Ghana, West Africa and Africa at large. He has some publications in international peer-reviewed journals such as Africa Review and Insight on Africa Journal.
