Prof Elsabé Keyser is valued as a social sciences researcher that contributed a more profound understanding of the labour relations field, organisational behaviour, organisational development, psychological and work-related outcomers. Elsabé is a associated professor in Industrial Psychology and Human Resource Management at the Vanderbiljpark Campus of the North-West University and has been involved in varous research projects related to employment relations, organisational development and organisational behaviour over the last 30 years. She has co-authored a number of publications (books and articles) and presented papers at national and international conferences. Elsabé supervises post-graduate students since 2010 and lecturer at both the undergraduate and post-graduate levels since 1990. she has advanced knowlege and expertise on issues related to group dynamics, labour relations management, labour economics, skills development, collective bargaining and negotiations, performance management, local economic development research and among other areas, contract types such as contract of emplyment, psychological- and social contract. She acsts as editor and referee for different national and international journals and review conference papers.
