Have lived in Korea for five years now. I work at a high school where I teach English Speech class. It's a project based learning style class that follows a curriculumn I have developed over the years. As far as my interests, I love reading and writing and playing the Sims. I also enjoy coffeeshop dates with my friends (where we mostly read or write) and going to movies. I have a young adult novel that is about to be published (As soon as my publisher signs off on the final edit cycle) so I suppose my hobbies are paying off (haha). I also have a cat, a Chinchilla Persian named Princess Yue (After the character in Avatar). I can speak English, Spanish, Korean and a little mandarin Chinese. I studied Mandarin Chinese for two years in unversity and have visited China twice, the second trip being over a month long. Most of my language knowledge, though, has been replaced by Korean language knowledge. However, I did have a (very stilted) conversation with a taxi driver when I was in Taiwan a bit ago, so perhaps that is a win.
