DTC provides training and education programs covering a wide range of diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias topics.

    As the Regional Diversity Advisor my role is to build the capacity of community aged care and disability services, ensuring they respond to the diverse needs of their clients. I provide support, advice and insight on the best diversity practice to organisations through the implementation of diversity planning, the facilitation of a regional alliance and consultancy support and expertise. I work with a variety of local government, community health services, not-for-profit, ethno-specific and Indigenous organisations, enabling them to take a person centred approach that is informed by diversity and inclusion principles. I have developed a number of resources and training programs that build the capacity of organisations and staff to understand and respond effectively to the diverse needs and interest of consumers.
