Her research interests are in business ethics, Organizational behaviour, leadership, Codes of Ethics, Global ethics and international standards, human rights, diversity, women and work, and conflict resolution. She has published papers on Values, Leadership, Strategies for creating an ethical organizational culture, Codes of Ethics, and Bullying.
