  Dr. Deborah Gaspar started her career as a high school librarian. She then transitioned to academic libraries moving to The George Washington University, first as an Instruction Librarian, and later as Instruction Coordinator. Dr. Gaspar is now the Director of User Sservices and Collections at Campbell Library of Rowan Univesity. Her responsibilities include leading 10 full time staff in cataloging, purchasing, and inventory as well as 11 full time staff managing course reserves, circulation, and Inter-Library Loan. She earned her Masters in Library Science from Drexel University and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from St. Joseph's University.
