Deb Agnew is an early career researcher and lecturer in sport, health and physical activity at Flinders University in South Australia. She has an undergraduate degree in Applied Science (Human Movement) with Honours and a PhD in the field of physical education, with a focus on retirement from Australian football. Her research interests include Australian football, masculinity, sports retirement and men’s health. She is a member of the Flinders University SHAPE (Sport, Health and Physical Education) Research Centre.
