  Dr. Dana Bush is the Department Chair of Applied Human Sciences at Eastern Kentucky University. She holds a Ph.D. in Studies in Higher Education from the University of Kentucky. She has a Master of Science in Family Studies with an Early Childhood Development emphasis from the University of Kentucky. She has served in many capacities within the College of Heath Sciences and understands the importance of building a positive work environment. Dr. Bush has designed and implemented professional development on the topics of team building and the importance of self-care. She understands the challenges/barriers of motivating and manging faculty. She has presented several times at National Conferences and at an International Conference.
