  I am a Disease control officer/ Fieldepidemiologist. I also became the Area Coordinator of the Ghana Guinea worm Eradication Program in the Sekyere Afram Plain District in December, 2006 where I was responsible for supervision, surveillance  for  early case detection and containment, spraying of pond, health education, water filters distribution case management in the endemic communities integrated with immunizations in the hard to reach communities. This gain me a recommendation from the Ghana Guinea Worm Eradication Secretariat as the first line list agent of Guinea worm Eradication in  Sekyere Afram Plain District in the Ashanti Region  as my contribution let to the break of indigenous transmission of the Guinea worm in the area. I'm from Fielmuo ( Hiine- teng) in the Upper West Region of Ghana. Im the who will always want to know the end of every situation
