i work in liberia at the subnational level as an epidemiologist with focus on VPDs and EPI

in my country, there are lot of unreached communities, poor placement of health facilities leading to lack of access thus having impact on equity

introduction of second year of live vaccine in children become very essential. as a matter of fact between the first year in a child life they may missed and if not having second chance, they become vulnerabe.threfore second year of life becomes necessary

· Referring to this guideline, what can be done to improve equity and coverage?

create the opportunity for them to be vaccinated even if the missed on previous doses
