  I am a certified evaluator and third-year doctoral student pursuing the Ph.D. in Adult Education from the University of South Florida. Currently, I work as a service coordinator for USF's Bay Area Early Steps program in Tampa, Florida. My research interests include imposter syndrome in professional minority groups, examinging components of culturally sensitive group counseling programs, identifying pest practices for transitional living facilities and evaluating child-welfare and community programs for effectiveness.
