Cecilia Idika-Kalu, Founder & CEO of Dukes Transnational, a Management and Development Consultancy, is a Phd Student in Global Studies at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and holds a Masters in Business Administration ding capacity for Governments and organizations, offering performance improvement to over twenty-three MDA’s and government agencies in Africa. She has also engaged actively on various platforms regarding inclusive political processes especially in civic engagement and citizenship participation in peace building, conflict prevention and management as well as, gender equality and women inclusion. Cecilia Idika-Kalu has at various times participated and delivered papers at notable economic and social development fora in Africa organized by the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, the African Union, the Institute for Development and Planning (IDEP) and the New Plan for African Development (NEPAD),as well as The International IDEA, The Organisation internationale de la Francophonie(OIF), and Ecole Citoyenne et Politique de Yaounde (ECPY).
