I have PhD in Psychology & Special Education, MA in Comparative Education & Human Rights. I have been Coordinator in the Section 'International Relations and Quality in Education' for the Teachers Training Institute in 2003-2004 and a teacher trainer from 2004 till today. As a school headmaster the tasks I undertake is administration, dissemination of educational knowledge within school unit, coordination of parental counselling, cooperation with regional, local and state agencies and social workers for promoting pupil population mental health, teaching innovative educational practices as 'emotional education and creative resolution of conflicts'. Interested among others, in the subjects of innovation and creativity, democratic participation in networks involving schools, social workers and agents, the role of school in democratic societies. My professional experience and position in a multi-cultural school of 75% immigrant & foreign pupil population with a series of applied programs for school community and various methods of teaching contribute to the issues involved in diversity. There is theoretical and professional experience in linking two crucial for education sciences, Pedagogics and Psychology through studies, teacher training and workshops.
