Today she coordinates the graduate TESOL program at Marymount University (www.marymount.edu) and conducts research in the use of sparse text picture books for teaching language. She is also affiliated with LADO International College (www.lado.edu) a business founded by her father Dr. Robert Lado in the 1970's to teach intensive, accelerated English to speakers of other languages using his Total Approach.
