  Alonso Perez-Soltero is Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the University of Sonora, México. He received a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Sonora and MSc. in Informatic Technology from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Leader of the Information Technology Academy and member of the Research Group in Information Technology. His research interests are related to Information Technologies applied to Knowledge Management and Knowledge Audit in high education institutions and small medium enterprises. He has published papers about Knowledge Management, Organizational Memories and Information Technologies in United States, Australia, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Peru, Costa Rica, and Mexico.
