"This photo was taken as my host mom drove me and my host sister to school. I knew we were getting close to school when my host sister started putting on her hijab and straitening her uniform. It reminded me of the days my mom drove me to school and I finished my hair or whatever else I had to do to get ready while in the car. I took this picture to depict the travel to school. I learned that many students at SMP Negeri 1 Depok as well as many other schools travel from other provinces where they live and speak different mother tongues to the province in which their schools are located."
