I am an editor at a higher education publisher, based in New York City. I work with subject matter experts and scholars to create course materials to distribute different pedagogies to a national audience. I work on textbooks but am also at the forefront of creating and delivering assessment and e-learning activities in digital spaces. I am taking this course to add to my knowledge and skillset for e-learning to develop better technologies and learning experiences in my current role, but also as a stepping stone to a different career track in instructional design.
