Integrated training model in college and university training

I agree with the above opinion, I would like to give my opinion on a 5E training model where I am working - FPT University and FPT Polytechnic College have applied this model effectively.
5E teaching model: Engagement - Engagement, Exploration - Survey, Explanation - Explain, Elaborate - Specific application, Evaluation- Evaluation. It is a systematic approach, based on educational theories and empirical research, that promotes the central role of learners. Accordingly, the teacher acts as a guide, suggesting and creating opportunities for students to approach new concepts from different angles and levels, the steps are carried out sequentially and with inheritance. For integrated 5E education, experiential activities are an opportunity for students to deepen and apply what they have learned, while helping to make connections with prior knowledge or experiences. The systematic and continuous nature of the 5E model helps to develop learners' knowledge, skills and attitudes simultaneously. With the proven advantages and effectiveness compared to traditional methods, this model is being widely applied in many different fields of education and many countries around the world. However, it is recommended that teachers when applying this model be cautious and stick to the standards and criteria of each step in this model to achieve the best effect.
For each different education, the approach and model improvement is also different, but the spirit of 5E steps remains the same. For example, the two-step expansion into 7E is Extend - Extend, Elicit - Induce. For some Technology subjects that require a lot of practice, the 5E method is improved into the EPD-5E model. In this model, the technological factor (EPD - engineering process design) is of particular interest
Although the 5E model brings many positive effects in teaching science and integration subjects, its application and implementation also need to be considered and accompanied by caveats.
At FPT Polytechnic College, the Practical-Practice model has been effectively applied, in which the lecturer's application of a suggestive approach, giving students the opportunity to research, learn and practice by themselves and then cross-assess each other individually or in groups has brought about very high efficiency in terms of autonomy in knowledge as well as practical skills. Besides, soft skills such as presentation, negotiation, and behavioral skills are also improved to give students a skill set when they graduate.
