New Learning MOOC’s Updates

Natural talent of teaching

All the topics are well explained in the given videos of lessons. but one of the topic which came into my attention was the natural talent in some people of explaining things well . they can have patience and explain the things in certain interesting way that anybody can understand . Being an educator is actually challenging in this modern times .Iin the olden times and till now this profession is not much  valued although this the profession that creates other profession . this should be of utmost priority .

But I think now the scenarios are changed . In modern times somebody needs a professional degree or professional training to become an educator . Educators are also well paid. they have been known, valued and very popular field .

But along with the degree holders some natural talent shld also be given chance to prove themselves . It is possible that the degree holders must have gone in this field just because of good pay, or to continue their family tradition to become an educator . They are priotitized in front of the person actually having a talent . The people choosing this as a career may not be as successful as the person passionate about teaching .

According to me the selection of an educator has to be with some kind of assessment for basic skills of an educator in various aspects instead of the paper certificate holders .

This explanation explains the line in the video: Teaching as a vocation not as a profession .
