BPESA's mission is to create a trading environment in the Global Business Services Sector in South Africa that is conducive for inclusive and collaborative growth at scale, underpinned by the sustainable supply of workplace skills for the future, a culture of innovation, and a drive for continuous improvement across the supply chain. BPESA facilitates quarterly skills forums, engaging professional practitioners and stakeholders in discussion about current and future skills challenges and opportunities and in planning for the implementation of strategic initiatives. In order to achieve the GBS sector's growth targets, innovative and disruptive approaches to skilling are required for current and future skills needs. The Skills Forums provide a platform for engagement, collaboration and co-creation of innovative skilling solutions for the GBS sector.
