Proposals | Managing Multiple Proposals (Being a Presenter & Co-Presenter)

âš Always submit your own proposal first, before being added as a co-presenter.

If you were added as co-presenter before you could submit your own proposal, please follow these instructions.


Managing Multiple Proposals for a Single Event


Step One:

  • Visit Your Events, and locate the Event where you will be presenting.
  • If you are a presenter and a co-presenter, you will see that Event appear multiple times in the list of Your Events. 

Step Two:

  • Look for the Proposal ID to distinguish one block from the other.
  • You can access each proposal from the "Manage Proposal" buttons.
  • Each button will direct you to the proposal page for the corresponding Proposal ID.

ⓘIf you are the main presenter on one of the proposals, using the "Your Proposal" link will direct you to that proposal by default.

How to be a Presenter & a Co-presenter


What to do if someone added you as a co-presenter before you could submit your own proposal...


Step One:

  • Visit your proposal and select the "Edit Co-presenters" button.
  • Then, remove yourself as a co-presenter from the proposal.
  • This will allow you to submit your own proposal as the main presenter.


Step Two:

  • After removing yourself as a co-presenter, you will be redirected to the Your Events page.
  • After navigating your way back to the event microsite, you should notice that the option to "Submit a Proposal" will now be visible for you to select.
  • After your own proposal has been submitted, ask your colleague (on the other proposal) to add you back as a co-presenter again.
