Adding Special Events

Overview

Common Ground Research Networks is proud to offer a variety of Special Events for our conferences. The details of these events varies form conference to conference, but the registration process ithe same. Please see this video walkthrough or the written instructions for how to add these events to your registration.

Step by Step Process

  1. To add extras, please log into your CGScholar account here.
    • Please note: you will have to log in using the same information as your registration. 
  2. After logging into your account, please to  the top right of the page, hover over 'Logged in as Delegate Name' and go down to 'My Events'
  3. In 'My Events' there will be a grey 'Add Extras' button
  4. Please choose the extra you would like to add, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click 'Continue' to enter payment information. 


Notes About Extras

  • In order to add extras to your account, you must have a fully paid registration for the conference. 
  • Partners, children and family members may attend the conference dinner, tours, and extras, but a ticket must be bought and fully paid under the delegates account to do so.
  • If you would like to make changes to your extras, add other people or cancel an extra, please submit a support ticket
