Abstract
This paper focuses on a comprehensive transnational report conducted as part of the European funded project, namely INCLUDED. The INCLUDED project promotes social inclusion and aims at improving the outreach to people with fewer opportunities, especially people with disabilities, in particular people with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), through a proactive, open innovation approach for inclusive employment in the Galleries, Libraries, Archives, Museums (GLAM) sector. INCLUDED brings together adult professionals in the GLAM sector, adults with ASD, advocacy support groups for human rights, and relevant stakeholders to achieve this goal. The paper presented in this conference, constitutes one of the main outputs of Work Package 2 (WP2) of the project: a comprehensive report analysing the methodological framework and the findings of the research phase from the partner countries. The comprehensive/comparative report includes a summary of all data collected from the national reports through means of qualitative and quantitative methods (surveys and interviews) and suggestions to move forward with the digital resources such as the blended learning course and toolkit for adult educators developed. The report concludes with a dedicated guide for inclusive employment in the GLAM sector.
