Abstract
The presentation would focus on a practical case study of building a relationship with a local community group from consultation to co-production and a takeover event at the museum attracting 14,000 visitors. The study shares key learnings and legacy around building a partnership from scratch, including ideas around mutual trust, authenticity, challenges and opportunities.
