Abstract
Deepening Connections, Broadening Impact; This is the headline for our Leeds Museums and Galleries forward plan. Within this plan is the aim to diversify our workforce. This process has begun through our “Careers for All” programme. Careers for All creates careers aspiring opportunities for young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) bridging the gap from learning in education to earning in the workplace. From career taster days to work experience and youth panels our programmes offers a diverse range of opportunity which matched the diversity of our audience.
