Students’ Perceptions of Using Quizizz as a Learning Tool

Abstract

This study examines students’ perceptions of using Quizizz as a learning tool in the University of Prizren’s Department of English Language and Literature. This study utilized a quantitative method with data taken from a questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to 50 students during the summer semester of 2022/2023 academic year. The researcher used Google Form to find the frequency and percentage. The findings of this study reveal that students had positive perceptions on the use of this tool in the classroom. The majority of students found Quizizz helpful, fun, and engaging. Also, it is worth mentioning that this tool contributed to their enhanced motivation. Future research should examine teachers’ perceptions regarding this platform in teaching and learning.
