The dinner will start with a starter to share (pork gyozas, ham croquettes, and a burrata salad). As a main course, guests can choose a suckling pig terrine with pumpkin parmentier (meat option), a tuna tartare with avocado and Thai sauce (fish option), or a Sweet Potato Cream with tofu and roasted vegetable juice (vegetarian option). Each of the diners will be able to select an option while signing up for the dinner. The meal will conclude with dessert. Wine and non-alcoholic drinks are included.
