Communication in Favor of Waste and the Planet

Abstract

The global population faces a major challenge that involves food waste, and one of the great ways to solve this problem is food management and storage. With the advancement of the industry, companies increasingly increase their level of food production, even more in view of the constant growth of the population. The big challenge for the coming years is the use of new technologies to better manage and store food, as the population tends to reach 9 billion people in about 30 years. And one of the goals of Marketing is to help companies find companies through marketing green. Approach companies that are not technologically developed with companies that can help with their experience or even that deal with waste management. Human Resources are extremely important for co-operation among companies, institutions or organizations. The present article addresses the need for training of employees to find better solutions to the problems faced with food waste. Companies must use all human capital to disseminate their ideas, for through communication one gains recognition and adds value to the brand.
