Abstract

I’d like to present an innovative precision farming system focused on olive oil tree. Thanks to sensor, satellite imagines and Artificial Intelligence, we are able to track diseases, water and food stress. We are able to anticipate until 10 days before the adversity that is coming into the field, this is a revolution worldwide in the agricolture system. We reduce until 20 % CO2 emission and we optimize until 15% the water usage
