Acceptability of Horse Radish Food Wrapper

Abstract

Horse radish is scientifically called as “Moringa oleifera .” It is a kind of vegetable which considered by the Filipinos as the powerful and most nutritious plant in the world. Its leaves and immature green pod as well are commonly used as ingredients in preparing dishes of Filipinos. Its leaves increase on the lactation of a nursing mother. Horseradish is contained beneficial nutrients and phytochemicals. Its well-known pungent odor works so well as a food additive. The leaves immature green pod of this vegetable are commonly used as ingredients in preparing different dishes. To give variation on the preparation of this leafy vegetable the researchers thought of another food product and made as food wrapper. This will be used in preparing food products which need to be wrapped such as shanghai, lumpia , siomai, omelet, etc.
