Hi everyone! 

I just had a quick look see at soome of your work so far on this week's assignment (RGA plan) and wanted to share my encouragement and congratulations to date! There are some very thoughtful plans and answers out there and I am thrilled to see them - from wonderful approaches to the tools and information needed, to thoughts on staffing and the inclusion of women's organizations (as well as gender sensitive safety measures for staff) in the teams, to "bang for your buck" information gathering on qualitative and quantiative information, to GBV sensitive approaches and a focus on the need for both literal, and cultural, translation.... Well, people are hitting it all! (Though, that isn't stopping me from adding my 2 cents as well, if anyone wants to peek ;) ) Keep going on this amazing work and I can't wait to see the rest of what comes in.
