  I am currently an independent consultant based in Vancouver, Canada. I work mostly with INGOs, but also with local government and women's organizations on Gender and Diversity issues, Gender in Emergencies, and Gender Based Violence. While the majority of the work I do these days focuses on facilitation and/or training, I can still often be found right in the thick of a Gender Analysis, an emergency response, or a good, fun, work session with women's organizations.
