A Performance Evaluation and Benchmarking Support System for Comparing the Waste and Energy Usage of Schools in Toronto

A multi-criteria performance evaluation system is presented. The web-enabled system permits interactive, on-line analysis by remote users and subsequent results can be communicated over the internet.
