Instead of depending primarily on teachers, learners actively aid their peers in comprehending lectures and working together to solve challenges. Because knowledge is made and improved for interaction among individuals in a learning community, this concept fosters collaborative intelligence.

In the context of education, collective intelligence is crucial because it aligns with the growing emphasis on collaborative learning and interdisciplinary approaches. Traditional educational paradigms often focus on individual achievement and knowledge acquisition, but modern education recognizes the value of collective wisdom. By harnessing the collective intelligence of students, teachers, and even the wider community, education can become more dynamic, inclusive, and effective. It allows for the integration of diverse perspectives, promotes critical thinking, and fosters an environment where innovation thrives (Kushwaha, et al., 2024). Both inside and outside of the classroom, peer-to-peer learning can take place. It helps in the cultivation of social and interpersonal skills that are critical in educational as well as professional settings. Peer-to-peer learning highlights the value of collaboration, communication, and information exchange in education, resulting in an effective collaborative intelligence approach overall. Teachers may design more meaningful and engaging educational activities that prepare students for the collaborative nature of the modern world by encouraging students to collaborate and learn from one another.
