ql-align-justify">Thinking of approaches to help student on their learning process and building a learning opportunity for them to become more proficient is called personalized learning. Personalized learning or personalization defines as the diverse variety of instructional approaches, learning experiences, and academic support strategies that are intentionally designed to address the distinctive needs of diverse learners. An example of a classroom set up of personalize learning is where the teacher does not lead all the students through the same lessons. They are guided each by each on an individualized journey. This is intended to facilitate the academic success of each students by examining their learning needs, interests and aspirations, and then designed a learning plan that focuses on creating a meaningful learning experiences. The learning plans are designed to keep them on track whether the students do achieve the intended learning goals and shape them to be more proficient where in they can meet the standards for a high school diploma (Morin, 2026).

Moreover, we also have teaching models that similarly align with the concept of personalized learning. Adaptive learning creates a learning system that automatically adapts to the needs and pace of the students. Unlike traditional learning approaches, strategies, techniques where students go throught the same lesson plan, material, and pace. Adaptive learning allows students to have individualized progress. An example in a classroom set up where the teacher could have first present a few basic tasks to see whether the student has understood and grasp of fundamental concepts and to check if there are gaps. Those who are proficient get more difficult tasks, while other students work on the basics until they have mastered them (Eliz, 2026).

Learning approaches are the specific strategies, methods, and philosophies that are used to retain new information. There purpose is to aid students in their learning process and give them the quality of learning outcomes that they deserve.
