ql-align-justify">The digital era we had today bench-marked may new learnings in the educational system. All ways of learning are accepted and learning process depends on the needs and availability of it in the environment.

Framed by the e-learning, three (3) concepts: informal learning, Learning Management System and Community-base learning mean a lot to our education field today. Let me discuss it one by one.

First, the informal learning where reality and learning meet. This way learning is what I used to experience since personally, I am involved in a community which way of teaching is always in simulations and immersions. Al-Awidi, H. M., & Al-Furaih, S. A. A. (2023) introduced their study on informal learning as something effective and motivating. It is a strategy, according to them that support the learning process. During pandemic, there became an increase of Informal learning. In their findings, it revealed that social media and applications, such as YouTube, PowerPoint and games were the most common open resources used by teachers. Another, Carliner, S. (2024), described in their study opportunities and issues to consider regarding informal learning. The said opportunities for informal learning arise learning thru out the life cycle of a job. Opportunities for informal learning arise throughout the life cycle of a job, from onboarding to a job and an organization through to qualification for a new job.

Second, the Learning Management System, becomes the easier tracking and organizing app when it comes to materials and others. Like Moodle, which we used to utilize, it is need helpful in learning. Accoding to Furqon, M., Sinaga, P., Liliasari, L., & Riza, L. S. (2023), LMS serves as a comprehensive platform that facilitates educational engagement between educators and learners in the context of remote instruction. Veluvali, P., & Surisetti, J. (2022) further explained that LMS provides an effective use of it, that can make the learning process interactive.

Lastly, Rakuasa, H., Hidayatullah, M., & Suwandi, M. A. (2024) on Community-based education, they stressed also that the, now that we are in digital age both challenges and opportunities in transforming learning environments are present. The study they have conducted showed that importance of active community participation, technological innovations, and collaborative efforts in enhancing the quality and inclusivity of education.

Having said these and sided some of the literature, we truly understand that learning informally, via LMS and even through community based learning, that is to say, seeing the reality and immersing oneself.

e-Learning Concepts: Informal Learning, the LMS and the Community-based Learning
