Platform Transition Notes

To support the launch of CGScholar (KX), the platform was rebuilt as a new system. As previously communicated, some content from the legacy environment could not be migrated, including posts, comments, certain profile elements, and previously uploaded digital media. This approach ensures improved performance, security, and long-term stability.

Required Actions for Registered Delegates

Step 1: Update your profile

When you sign in, you will be guided through a brief profile update. Some information has been migrated, but not all fields.

Step 2: Re-add digital media

Digital media from the previous system was not transferred. If your presentation includes media, please upload it directly to your Presentation Page.

Training Session

An online CGScholar (KX) training session will be held on February 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Chicago / CST). The session will provide guidance on navigating the platform, engaging with the conference online, and using program and presentation tools.

Registered delegates will receive the Zoom link directly by email.

Support

Support is available through the conference microsite for questions related to registration, program access, or the platform. Thank you for your cooperation—and for participating in the first conference to operate fully within CGScholar (KX).
