Knowledge Base (KB) improvements

Uploading documents is much more reliable. When an upload can't complete, you'll now see a specific, helpful message (for example, "no file selected," "access denied," or "storage problem") instead of a generic "Failed to upload document" error.

The Upload button no longer flickers or disappears while a KB is loading. You'll see a brief "Checking permissions..." indicator until the page is ready, then the correct buttons appear based on your role.

KBs you own are now correctly labeled as yours on the dashboard. Previously, some owned KBs were mistakenly shown as "Shared."

Deleting a KB now asks you to confirm first, clearly names the KB being deleted, and warns that the action can't be undone.

After deleting a KB, the app returns you to the KB dashboard cleanly, instead of getting stuck on a "Loading KB..." spinner.

When managing KB access, the sharing dialog now offers an explicit "Upload" permission level, and the view-only option is now labeled "View" (previously "Use") to make the choices clearer.

Behind the scenes, permission checks are more consistent, so users who should have access no longer get unexpected "access denied" errors caused by older account records.

Rubric editing

Saving a rubric now shows a message that actually matches the problem. If your session has expired, you'll be prompted to sign back in; other situations (timeouts, oversize content, server issues, or network drops) each show their own clear message, instead of the previous one-size-fits-all "Failed to save rubric" error.

This same improvement applies when cloning a rubric.

User interface polish

Small layout fix to improve title placement on the Knowledge Base screen.
