ql-align-justify">Community building, engagement, and volunteerism are the kind of life that I am embracing as a lay missionary/catechist and, at the same time an educator in the university. I always enjoy and hear the call for inclusivity since I, together with my communities are dealing and engaging to different individuals.

As a catechist and educator which both inclined in teaching, with best effort, I make sure that learning is inclusive. We cater the Class D and E in the peripheries – children, youth and the parents. I teach in college particular in National Service Training Program where students are to be guided and taught about volunteerism and immersion. Inclusive since I have students who are with special needs (ADHD and physically disabled) while in the community, I am guiding a young man with Hard of Hearing (he wear an assistive device to help him hear the sounds around him).

The diversity and inclusivity require a dynamic approach where, on the case like mine, resilience, adaptability, assimilation, social cohesiveness as well in connection also in nation building and social development should be given a high regard.

In the study of Eden, C. A., Chisom, O. N., and Adeniyi, I. S. (2024), they highlighted the cultural competence in the field education aiming to create inclusive learning environments that revel diversity and promote impartial opportunities for all learners. This emerged as a critical area of focus in contemporary educational concerns. The conducted review discovers strategies for inclusivity and diversity awareness within educational environment. Eden, C A. et.al (2024) also emphasized that the foundation of cultural competence lies in recognizing and respecting the cultural backgrounds, experiences, and identities of students, educators, and communities.

Therefore, the diversity among the learners in the field of education has to be seen as a room for inclusivity supported by the approaches applicable for a dynamic educational learning experiences and environment.

In the end, every educator, in whatever field they are traveling, inclusivity must be integrated with diversity – the vigorous approach and strategies matter.
