Additionally, the statements emphasize equity in access, providing connectivity and learning tools for all students. Programs that donate tablets, laptops, or internet access to underprivileged schools are concrete examples of this goal, helping to reduce the digital divide and give every student a fair chance to learn and succeed.

At the same time, the rhetoric is visionary rather than highly detailed. While the goals are clear the statements do not explain exactly how these initiatives will be implemented at scale.
