ql-align-justify">In this generation, digital literacy is connected to us not just academically, but in our everyday lives. As someone who carries devices everyday are very functional to make communication and tracking easy. I use mobile phones to communicate with my family and friends, as well as to communicate with my groups in academic relations. It can also help me to track activities and tasks I need to submit in a matter of time without actually forgetting my responsibilities, despite having a lot of things to do. I am not new to media since my generation (Gen-Z) has a lot of experience using digital devices, applications, and even tools—especially when the pandemic came, where everything was conducted online, and I experienced that way back in 2021. Using different digital apps and tools makes my life feel easier and more planned. I can plan so many things and keep organized, and I can also track the progress, reading as my habit, and practice fluency using tools that might help to improve my vocabulary and English skills. As a College student, we are allowed to practice with the usage of digital literacy to prepare us in the career future we are currently taking this academic year.

It impacts the students because of digital literacy, where everything is coming from devices, tools, and innovative ways of teaching, learning, and doing assessments with the help of an internet connection. Digital literacy can be defined as the ability to use technological applications and the ability to make use of these technologies for personal and collective occurrences. However, above all, this latter aspect has given rise to very important issues concerning the dissemination of new technologies among populations. Many people, in fact, can not avail themselves of the technology as it does not own them, and this precludes them from actively participating in the knowledge society and in its development.
